Sau 1,2 ngày, mụn bọc sẽ sưng lên, có mủ trắng bên trong. Mụn bọc rất dễ gây tổn thương da và để lại sẹo nếu bạn cố gắng làm vỡ nốt mụn bằng cách sử dụng cây nặn mụn, vật nhọn, móng tay để tự nặn mụn. Nếu mụn bọc xuất hiện ít, việc chăm sóc da không đúng cách hay tự nặn mụn thì mụn sẽ dễ dàng lan ra. Nếu mụn bọc mọc nhiều chứng tỏ da bạn bị viêm nặng nề rồi.

Vậy giải pháp để chữa trị mụn bọc là gì?

Bạn có thể dùng một số biện pháp thiên nhiên để làm dịu đi tình trạng mụn bọc chứ không thể điều trị dứt điểm. Bằng cách đắp mặt nạ gel trong của lá nha đam hay mặt nạ cà chua, bạn sẽ giảm sưng cho nốt mụn, tuy nhiên đây không phải là cách điều trị triệt để.

Mặt nạ thiên nhiên giúp trị mụn hiệu quả

Bạn cần đến gặp Bác sĩ chuyên khoa để được khám da. Hiểu rõ được đặc điểm da, Bác sĩ sẽ tiến hành điều trị với phương pháp phù hợp với bạn. Các phương pháp y khoa như dùng thuốc đặc trị mụn, hay các phương pháp ưu việt khác như lăn kim, laser, sẽ giúp bạn điều trị được tận gốc mụn và tránh tái phát.

Lại là một loại mụn cực kì phổ biến. Mụn đầu đen xuất hiện nhiều nhất ở vùng mũi, hai bên cánh mũi, dưới cằm, và thỉnh thoảng nó cũng tung tăng ở bất cứ nơi nào nó muốn. Mụn đầu đen hình thành do bã nhờn tiết ra lỗ chân lông nhiều, nhưng lại bị tắc nghẽn gây ra mụn. Do lỗ chân lông hở nên phần mụn tiếp xúc với không khí sẽ bị oxy hóa nên chuyển thành màu đen. Mụn đầu đen nếu không xử lí đúng cách sẽ gây viêm nhiễm và sinh mủ.

Một trong số những cách thiên nhiên xử lí tốt mụn đầu đen là đắp mặt nạ lòng trắng trứng gà hoặc nha đam kết hợp mật ong. Một cách cũng được chị em áp dụng là công thức một vài giọt nước cốt chanh và một muỗng cà phê sữa chua không đường, trộn đều với một muỗng dầu oliu, đắp lên vùng bị mụn đầu đen trong khoảng 10 phút, sau đó rửa mặt sạch. Công thức này có thành phần chanh nên bạn cần chống nắng kĩ lượng.

Tuy nhiên dùng những loại mặt nạ này cũng không lấy sạch mụn đầu đen. Khi lột lòng trắng trứng gà đã khô trên vùng da bị mụn, mụn đầu đen có thể bị lấy ra tuy nhiên không thể lấy ra hoàn toàn. Chân nhân mụn vẫn tồn tại trong lỗ chân lông khiến cho lỗ chân lông ngày càng lớn và mụn vẫn tiếp tục mọc nữa.

Mụn đầu trắng

Mụn đầu trắng điều trị thật không đơn giản

Nguyên nhân hình thành mụn đầu trắng cũng giống như mụn đầu đen, tuy nhiên miệng lỗ chân lông không hở ra nên mụn đầu trắng không bị oxy hóa như mụn đầu đen.

Mụn đầu trắng không đỏ cũng không sưng và đau nhức. Bạn có thể sờ thấy hoặc nhìn thấy mụn đầu trắng trên da. Nhiều nốt mụn trắng có nhân cứng và dai, khó có thể loại bỏ được.

Các phương pháp làm sạch, tẩy tế bào chết định kì cho da cũng tỏ ra hiệu quả nhưng chỉ là hiệu quả sơ bộ, không thể loại bỏ hoàn toàn nhân mụn đầu trắng được.

Bạn cũng nên tẩy tế bào da chết từ 1-2 lần/ tuần. Nên tẩy trang cẩn thận và chống nắng cho da nữa. Hãy tập thói quen ăn uống và sinh hoạt hợp lí, không chỉ tốt cho sức khỏe mà còn tốt cho da nữa.

Mụn đỏ

Mụn đỏ rất nguy hiểm nếu không xử lí đúng cách

Mụn đỏ gây sưng khá nặng nề, đỏ và gây đau nhức. Mụn có thể phát triển nặng nề hơn nếu bạn không đi khám da và điều trị.

Điểu quan trọng khi bạn bị mụn, và đặc biệt là đối với loại mụn đỏ này là phải giữ da mặt sạch sẽ. Chờ đợi nhân mụn được gom lại, già đi, rồi can thiệp bằng phương pháp y tế để loại bỏ nhân mụn. Bạn tuyệt đối không nên tự nặn mụn bởi vì mụn đỏ rất nguy hiểm, dễ dàng gây viêm nặng nề, khó mà chữa trị về sau.

Bạn có thể đắp mặt nạ trái cây trộn với sữa chua không đường hoặc mật ong để làm dịu mụn đỏ, giảm sưng viêm, làm dịu da. Tuy nhiên để điều trị triệt để bạn cần đến cơ sở điều trị chuyên nghiệp.

Mụn ẩn (Mụn ẩn dưới da)

Mụn ẩn là loại mụn vô cùng khó chữa trị. Chính bởi vì mụn ẩn nằm sâu dưới da, bạn chỉ có thể phát hiện được chúng khi sờ tay lên da và cảm thấy nốt mụn dày, lẩn nhẩn dưới da, đau nhức và sưng viêm. Thỉnh thoảng mụn ẩn sẽ trồi lên trên da, khiến bạn bị mụn quanh năm không khỏi.

Đừng dại gì mà tự xử lí mụn ẩn tại nhà

Nhiều bạn tự xử lí mụn ẩn tại nhà, gây ra thêm biết bao nhiêu rắc rối và kinh khủng hơn là làm tổn thương da nặng nề trong khi mụn ẩn cũng chưa được loại bỏ. Nhiều bạn tự ý dùng những vật nhọn như kim may tay, cây nặn mụn, đâm sâu vào lỗ chân lông, rồi nặn mụn ẩn ra. Tuy nhiên, cách này không hề hiệu quả vì mụn ẩn không thể bị lấy ra hoàn toàn. Và chính những dụng cụ chưa được vô khuẩn này, cộng với vi khuẩn trên tay, da sẽ bị viêm, tổn thương, lở loét rộng ra, và tất nhiên sẽ để lại sẹo rỗ.

Một số cách nhẹ nhàng để trị mụn ẩn là xông hơi da mặt bằng nước nấu lá trà xanh tươi và vài cây sả. Phương pháp này giúp nở lỗ chân lông, tạo điều kiện để mụn ẩn thoát ra. Tuy nhiên, bạn cần rửa mặt bằng nước đá lạnh ở bước cuối cùng. Khi mụn ẩn trồi lên bề mặt da, bạn cần đến cơ sở y tế uy tín để lấy mụn cách an toàn và không để lại sẹo.

Mụn dị ứng

Mụn dị ứng cần được điều trị bởi chuyên gia

Mụn dị ứng là loại mụn mà bất cứ ai có thể gặp phải. Đừng nghĩ rằng chỉ dùng mỹ phẩm cao cấp thì bạn không bị mụn dị ứng nhé. Ngay cả khi sử dụng mỹ phẩm cao cấp, bạn vẫn có thể bị mụn dị ứng vì đặc điểm da dị ứng với một thành phần nào đó của mỹ phẩm.

Mụn dị ứng còn xuất hiện khi làn da nhạy cảm của bạn phản ứng với nguồn nước, khi bạn ăn một loại thực phẩm nào đó gây dị ứng với cơ địa, dị ứng do thuốc.

Mụn dị ứng thường gặp nhất ở những bạn hay sử dụng mỹ phẩm không có nguồn gốc, xuất xứ rõ ràng, mỹ phẩm giả. Các loại kem trộn gắn mác gia truyền chính là nguyên nhân khiến bạn bị mụn dị ứng. Mụn dị ứng kem trộn rất khó điều trị, vì khi sử dụng kem trộn thì da dường như rất đẹp, khi ngưng sử dụng thì da nổi đầy những mụn li ti màu trắng. Kem trộn chỉ mang lại vẻ đẹp tạm thời, vẻ đẹp giả tạo của sự che đậy mà thôi. Thực tế da bạn đang gặp hiện tượng “nghiện corticoid” từ kem trộn.

Mụn trứng cá là một loại bệnh ảnh hưởng đến tuyến dầu của da. Những lỗ nhỏ trên da quý vị (lỗ chân lông) kết nối với tuyến dầu dưới da. Những tuyến này tạo ra chất dầu được gọi là bã nhờn. Lỗ chân lông kết nối với các tuyến này bằng một ống được gọi là nang. Bên trong nang, dầu chuyển các tế bào da chết đến bề mặt của da. Một sợi lông mỏng cũng mọc qua nang và đâm ra ngoài da. Khi nang của một tuyến da bị bít lại, mụn sẽ mọc lên.

Mụn trứng cá thực chất là viêm nang lông tuyến bã. Do tuyến bã nhờn bị kích thích và hoạt động mạnh, bã nhờn tăng tiết và làm tắc nghẽn lỗ chân lông, cộng thêm vi khuẩn trong nang lông tác động, gây nên mụn trứng cá.

Những yếu tố kích thích như lo âu, căng thẳng, thay đổi nội tiết (nếu bạn ở độ tuổi dậy thì hoặc đang trong kì “dâu” con gái). Chế độ ăn uống cũng là một nguyên nhân kích thích sinh mụn, nếu bạn cứ ăn những đồ ăn cay nóng, uống rượu bia, nước ngọt quá nhiều. Sinh hoạt không khoa học như thức khuya, dậy muộn, thiếu ngủ, không tập thể dục, ít vận động cũng gây nên mụn. Nhất là cách bạn chăm sóc da cũng gây ảnh hưởng nhiều đến tình trạng mụn trứng cá của bạn như: không chống nắng khi ra đường, không làm sạch da mặt đúng cách, tự nặn mụn, sử dụng mỹ phẩm không phù hợp, kém chất lượng,..

Cách trị mụn trứng cá siêu đơn giản: Bạn nên check kĩ lại những thói quen nào khiến bạn sinh mụn, tạm thời dừng sử dụng các loại mỹ phẩm hiện tại, xem xét lại loại kem chống nắng bạn đang dùng và bắt đầu chỉnh đốn lại theo những cách sau đây:

– Chăm sóc da: làm sạch da, tẩy trang trước khi đi ngủ, không được tự nặn mụn.

Sử dụng kem chống nắng phù hợp với da

– Chất chống nắng: xác định loại da của mình, đối với da mụn nên mua chất chống nắng dạng gel, sữa sẽ không gây bít tắc lỗ chân lông.

– Điều chỉnh chế độ ăn uống: Hạn chế ăn đồ chiên nướng nhiều dầu mỡ, ăn nhiều rau xanh, trái cây tốt cho da mụn, uống nhiều nước, bổ sung nước trái cây mỗi ngày.

– Điều chỉnh chế độ sinh hoạt: ngủ sớm, ngủ đủ giấc sẽ khiến bạn tỉnh táo hơn, chủ động trong công việc và quan trong sẽ giúp ích cho làn da.

– Sống vui: Hãy giảm bớt căng thẳng trong cuộc sống bằng cách suy nghĩ tích cực, tận hưởng những phút giây thư giãn bằng những sở thích cá nhân như đi xông hơi, đi spa massage, đi du lịch, đi chơi cùng bạn bè, chơi thể thao, vẽ, nghe nhạc,…

Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!

  189. When I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is a means you can remove me from that service? Thanks!

I’ve been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
