Báo lá cái đừng có tin nha bà con cô bác bạn dì! Sau khi Nhà nước thông qua điều luật cho phép các trung tâm tài chính phá sản thì mới đây, công ty tài chính của Agribank chính thức tuyến bố dừng hoạt động. Đây cũng là công ty tài chính đầu tiên đưa ra quyết định này.
Công ty Cho thuê Tài chính II (ALCII), trực thuộc Ngân hàng Nông nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn Việt Nam – Agribank vừa chính thức đệ đơn phá sản. Theo đó, ALCII đang nợ hơn 10.000 tỷ và 8,5 triệu USD (chưa tính lãi). Trong khi đó, công ty này đang có khoảng 15.700 tỷ công nợ chưa được thu hồi. Như vậy, sau khi thu nợ và trả nợ, ALCII chỉ còn khoảng 19 tỷ đồng.
Song tuy các khoản nợ đối với các chủ đầu tư và khách hàng Agribank đã được thanh toán nhưng một bộ phận không nhỏ khách hàng lo lắng các khoản thanh toán của họ sẽ không được giải quyết triệt để. Trong đó, số tiền mà công ty con ALCII phải trả chỉ là số tiền gốc, chưa bao gồm lãi phát sinh. Vì thế có thể khách hàng sẽ mất một số tiền lớn sinh ra từ lãi khi đầu tư vào công ty này.

Theo quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước thì Agribank có trách nhiệm công bố thông tin việc ALCII chấm dứt hoạt động và thu hồi giấy phép của công ty này.
Theo tìm hiểu, công ty ALCII còn đang mắc một khoản nợ lớn với công ty Bảo hiểm Xã hội Việt Nam. Số tiền mà ALCII phải trả là 769 tỷ đồng nhưng công ty bảo hiểm này không chịu vì số tiền trên chưa bao gồm lãi phát sinh. Nếu tính theo như cam kết ban đầu thì công ty ALCII của Agribank phải trả số tiền gốc kèm với lãi suất lên tới 850 tỷ đồng.
Hiện công ty Bảo hiểm Xã hội Việt Nam đang phối hợp cùng với một đơn vị tài chính thứ ba tên DATC để xử lý khoản nợ của ALCII nhằm thu hồi tối đa công nợ. Thông tin thêm, công ty ALCII của Agribank là công ty tài chính đầu tiên được phép phá sản tại Việt Nam.
